In Advanced Boys, gymnasts will continue to improve basic skills while being introduced to more advanced skills. Increased flexibility and strength training will be emphasized. Boys will be trained on floor exercise, pommel horse, parallel bars, high bar, mushroom, rings, and tumble track.
Class meets once a week for 65 minutes.
