Whether you are new to learning gymnastics movements, or training for your next fitness competition, this clinic has something for everyone. Over the course of the clinic we will be breaking down the parts of a handstand and ring muscle up to provide you with drills and skills to master these elements. Unlike other fitness clinics, this one will take place in a gymnastics gym with all the necessary safe and soft landing mats used for learning the handstand or ring muscle up.
