Whether you’ve always wanted to try gymnastics or already have experience, CGA’s Adult Classes give you the opportunity to discover gymnastics or return to the sport.

Adult Gymnastics classes at CGA are designed for all experience levels, from complete beginners to former athletes looking to get back into the sport. Classes are centered around each participant’s individual interests and goals, with coaches providing instruction, progressions, drills, and challenges appropriate for their experience level. Participants can focus on the skills and areas of gymnastics that interest them most, making it a fun, supportive way to learn something new or revisit old skills.
