Our goal for our competitive team gymnasts at CGA is to inspire a life-long love of learning and growing through the sport of gymnastics. Our staff is dedicated to encouraging every participant to reach their personal goals in a safe, fun, and challenging environment through our team values (GRR FACES) and core skills (physical fitness, motor development, strength, & flexibility).
