Gym For Tiny Humans

CGA's Gym for Tiny Humans supports the development of life skills and learning readiness through the sport of gymnastics.

What Makes Us Intentionally Awesome?

In CGA’s Gym for Tiny Humans we focus on three key foundations of child development when creating our lesson plans and developing our class structure. We then utilize routines, rituals, and our magical coaches to engage and connect with your tiny humans each week.

  • Purposeful Movement

We get tiny humans moving! Each week gymnastics skills and stations that highlight six major motor development concepts help development both your child’s body and brain.

  • Social/Emotional Development

Tiny humans begin to develop their independence, confidence, and explore new social interactions each week in our classes. Practicing following directions, taking turns, and communicating with their peers and coaches all play a major part in class.

  • Cognitive Development

Contemporary research has shown a link between movement and cognitive development. Tiny humans need opportunities to move so they can learn. Rolling, crawling, balancing, and jumping are instrumental in building brain connections during the first years of a child's life. What makes us move, makes us think!

Toddler & Preschool Gymnastics
